Publisher and Operating Entity
The Rewarding Mobile App (the "Service") is published on the Apple App Store by Steven George (the "Publisher") and operated by Champions For Life League Inc. (the "Operating Entity"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Usage Agreement
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account PIN.
2. Loyalty & Rewards
- Rewards have no cash value and are only redeemable at participating vendors.
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the rewards program at any time.
3. Account Deletion & Data Removal
You can request to delete your account or have your data removed at any time by contacting us at hello@rewardingapp.com. Account deletion is subject to a 30-day "Ghost Guard" cooling-off period during which you can restore your account.
4. Limitations of Liability
- Steven George (Publisher) and Champions For Life League Inc. (Operating Entity) provide this Service "as is" and are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
